Multimedia Conference Terminals Solve Line-of-Sight Issues for Prestigious Honor Society

Video Teleconferencing Boardroom

Multimedia Conference Terminals Solve Line-of-Sight Issues for Prestigious Honor Society

The characteristics of two meeting rooms used for VTC at a prestigious honor society in Massachusetts created a very difficult environment for video teleconferencing applications. First, octagon-shaped tables generated line-of-sight issues for viewing video displays. Second, with windows on three walls, there was nowhere to mount monitors or cameras in the room for VTC.

With TAIDEN HCS-8348BDE Multimedia Conference Terminals offering all capabilities in an all-in-one desktop unit - including onboard camera and capacitive touchscreen for HD video display - video teleconferencing is enabled with no line-of-sight issue.
