Media Vision Expands its Network of Rental Companies Using TAIDEN Conferencing and Interpretation Equipment
San Francisco, CA, December 16, 2011
Media Vision announces that the US-based company ProLingo and the Canadian company Global Audio Visual are now part of Media Vision’s rental network following recent acquisitions of the latest generation conferencing and language interpretation equipment inventory. Media Vision’s rental network consist of companies offering the TAIDEN wired or wireless delegate conference microphone systems and the TAIDEN digital infrared equipment for language distribution.
For both companies, the decision to undergo this technology upgrade and expansion was motivated by the need to handle larger size international conferences and congresses. “With the TAIDEN digital infrared language distribution system, we can handle simultaneous interpretation sessions in multiple rooms of a same building with a guaranteed crisp clear interference-free signal on all channels” says Mark Stammel, President of ProLingo. The TAIDEN conferencing and interpretation systems uniquely combine the advanced features, reliability and flexibility required for large-size events.
For Mike Moussa, President of Global Audio Visual, the improved quality of sound for interpreters and listeners has been a key element in its decision to choose the TAIDEN technology. “We have been using TAIDEN on very high profile government jobs, including for the Canadian Senate, and this system offers us the best performance.” says Mike, adding that “we are receiving very positive feedback from interpreters”.
For any scale up needs, companies that are part of Media Vision’s rental network can count on the wholesale rental provider Conference Rental offering unlimited access to additional units of digital push-to-talk conference microphones and infrared language receivers.
The demand for TAIDEN conferencing equipment provided by Media Vision has surged in the past two years with major international organizations and conferences across North America requesting to use this system. Most recently, the TAIDEN equipment was used for the 2011 Annual Meetings of the International Monetary Fund and World Bank Group in Washington D.C., with microphone and interpretation systems setup for over 50 meetings.
